Prescription Refills and Transfers

At this time, the website refill request tool from Ready Refills is experiencing significant load time delays. Instead, we recommend requesting prescription refills either using MobileRX app or by calling.

Request Refills using the MobileRx app

Use the MobileRX app to refill prescriptions that you currently fill at Campus Health Pharmacy or Student Stores Pharmacy. Here’s how:

  1. Download MobileRx from the Apple Store or Google Play. Then open it.
  2. When the map appears, type 27514 into the zip code box with the radius staying at 5 miles.
  3. Click search pharmacies. Two pharmacies should be available and noted with pins:
    • Student Stores Pharmacy
    • Another pin that does not have text. This is the Campus Health Pharmacy.
  4. Select your desired pharmacy by clicking on the pin, then the name.
  5. Select “Express Refills.”
  6. Type in your details:
    • Your last name
    • Any prescription refill numbers that you have along with drug name. The prescription refill number usually follows RX# and is located at the top left corner of the prescription label.
    • The prescription name
    • Your phone number and email address
  7. Click refill.

Request refills by phone

Use the automated phone request system by calling the pharmacy of your choice. Pharmacy staff are also available to answer questions at the numbers below.

Transferring Prescriptions

If you wish to refill prescriptions on campus that were previously filled at another pharmacy or switch the on-campus pharmacy where you’d like to pick up your prescription, you must transfer your prescription first. Have your RX# handy and call.

  • To transfer your prescription to Campus Health Pharmacy, call 919-966-6554
  • To transfer your prescription to Student Stores Pharmacy, call 919-966-8166

Refilling Prescriptions at Other Pharmacies

When you have a prescription written by a Campus Health provider, it may be filled at the pharmacy of your choice. To refill your prescription at an off-campus pharmacy, visit that pharmacy’s website or call their phone number.
