  • Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?: My NP preceptors had a huge influence on how I practice, to include focusing on evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care.
  • What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?: The positive comments I receive from students about them feeling safe/comfortable or well cared for are what get me through the really tough days at work.
  • What's one thing most people don't know about you?: I play a lot of cozy video games on my Nintendo Switch (Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, Untitled Goose Game, Okami, etc.) and LOVE to hand embroider.
