Professional/Educational Background: Received Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology at Widener University in Pennsylvania. Dr. White completed medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed family medicine and preventive residency at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Hobbies/Sports:  Dr. White enjoys reading, walking, visiting museums, attending live entertainment like theater and musical performances, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Joined Campus Health:1974 as a staff nurse, returned to school, then joined as a Family Nurse Practitioner since September 1979.

Audrey Driskill, NP

Originally from:  She is from all over North Carolina but mostly grew up near Hickory.

Professional/Educational Background: She did her undergrad at UNC, Masters at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, and her Doctorate at Duke.

Family: She has a husband named Daniel and a son named Anderson.

Favorite Book/Movie: Audrey loves any show or podcast about murder or serial killers.

Hobbies/Sports:  She likes doing Yoga and walking her dogs.

Interesting Facts: Audrey once punched a man trying to rob her in Guatemala. 

Jennie Emery, DO

Professional/Educational Background: Dr. Emery attended Med School at the University of New England in Biddeford Maine and completed her residency at the Danville Regional Medical Center.

Family: A husband and a son named Cameron.

Professional/Educational background: Caitlin did her undergraduate and graduate (PA) studies at Gardner-Webb University. She has worked in primary care for the past 4.5 years.

Family: Caitlin has a husband and a three year old son.

Hobbies/Sports: Browsing farmer’s markets, flower arranging and growing flowers, exploring with her husband and son in their new town.

Professional/Educational Background: Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College in New York City with a focus in Pre-Medicine studies. Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Medicine as a Certified Physician Associate/Advance Practice Provider from Touro College School of Health Sciences in New York in 2001. Sonia’s been a Primary Care Provider since 2001.

Special Professional Interests: Building a trusting relationship with patients through compassionate and comprehensive primary care including preventive medicine and the management of acute or chronic medical conditions. Clinical interests including serving the LGBTQ community, anxiety, depression, acne, allergies, asthma, IBS, and gynecology.

Hobbies: Spending time with family, cooking with my husband, and reviving the playful child in me who once got lost, in the midst of adult responsibilities.

Dana Irons, NP

Professional/Educational Background:  Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UVA. Family Nurse Practitioner program at UNC. Worked as a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care in Atlanta and Chapel Hill. Taught in the School of Nursing and continues to precept students in the clinic. 

Professional interests- Public health, Family practice, Women’s health, Adolescent medicine.   I recently completed certification as a yoga instructor, and am interested in the role of yoga, mindfulness and spirituality in both physical and mental health.

Hobbies: I love to travel with my family. We’ve lived abroad with our three children in Florence, Italy and London, England.

Jean McDonald, FNP

Originally from: Born in Washington DC and graduated from high school in Elizabeth City, NC.

Professional/Educational Background:  She received her BSN from UNC Chapel Hill during the James Worthy era, received a Masters in Nursing Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago during the early Michael Jordan years and her Post Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UNC Chapel Hill when Marcus, Kennedy, Nate and Isaiah were still youngsters. She has thirty years of experience as a nurse in critical care, emergency nursing, clinical management, school and public health.

Professional interests: Adolescent health and the health needs of underserved populations. 

Hobbies: Jean is an avid if not fast runner and likes to spend any extra waking hours outdoors. And yes, she is a Tar Heel.

Yuval Regev, PA

Originally from: Israel, though he moved to Cary, NC 6 years ago to pursue the American dream

Professional/Educational background: Yuval received a degree in medical biology at Bar-Ilan University, a masters degree in Physiology from NC State, and then a Masters of PA Studies at ECU. He worked for 8 years as a personal trainer and 3 months as a PA at UNC Lenoir Health Care in Kinston, NC. 

Family: His mom works as a programmer for a bank in Israel, his late father worked for IBM, and his half-brother is a genetics student at NCSU.

Pets: Yuval has a lab mix named Kepler.

Hobbies/Sports: Yuval is an avid lifter and gym goer. He is an NFL fan (go Panthers!), and loves playing the piano when time permits.

Work influence: Keith Hutchins, PA-C has served as a mentor and a guide.

Work related accomplishment: Yuval is proud of honing his skills in simple procedures and providing education to patients about their health and choices in a clear and concise manner.


Amy Rodriguez, PA

Professional/Educational Background: Amy is a West Point graduate who attended PA School at Wake Forest.

Family: She is the oldest of 4 siblings and has 3 Nieces and a Nephew.

Hobbies/Sports: Running, Triathlons, Traveling, and Hiking with her dog Penny.

Favorite Book and Movie: Her favorite book is The Glass Castle, she is currently reading The Zoo Keepers wife and her favorite movie is When Harry Met Sally.

Interesting facts: Amy is a former Skydiver who has done almost 800 skydives. She was on the US National Parachute Team and competed at the 2006 World Championship in Russia.


Kyle Tamminga, MD

Professional/Educational Background: He completed Medical School at the University of Minnesota and residency at UNC “Go Heels!”

Hobbies/Sports: Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors and being active. He is a big fan of Football and Basketball. He also enjoys the North Carolina craft beer scene.
Books/ Movies/Podcasts: His favorite movies are Shawshank Redemption, Good Will Hunting and any good comedies.

Interesting Facts: He enjoys camping and traveling outdoors. His favorite spots are Glacier National Park, Zion National Park, and the Boundary Waters.

Robin Wallace, MD

Chelsea Wendle, PA

Originally from: Chelsea is originally from Erie, PA.

Professional/Educational Background: Chelsea received her undergraduate degree from NC State University. She attended PA school at Jefferson College of Health Sciences (now Radford University Carilion). Chelsea worked as an OB-Gyn PA in an outpatient clinic right out of school.  

Family: Her parents live in Raleigh and she has a sister in Morrisville.

Hobbies/Sports: She likes hiking, tennis and running.

Pets: Chelsea has one dog, Gia, a German shepherd mix.

Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach work? Her mom always emphasized having a strong work ethic and being 100% present in all that she does.  

What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of? Chelsea was a preceptor for George Washington University PA students as a new graduate herself, and helped them build confidence in their women’s health clinical skills.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? She really enjoys true crime podcasts.

Rattiya Amy Wongsarnpigoon, ANP-BC

Originally from: Amy spent most of her childhood in High Point.

Professional/Educational Background:  BSN and MSN-ANP Degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill, also worked at the NC State Student Health Center where she was very involved with quality improvement

Professional interests: Preventative health and helping students with self-care.

Hobbies: Amy enjoys traveling, including international travel.  "I consider myself a Foodie and like to travel to eat good food".
