How to Get to Campus Health
The main building for services is the James A. Taylor Building between Kenan Stadium and UNC Hospitals, just south of the Bell Tower Parking Lot. Here you will find:
- Campus Health
- Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
- Campus Health Pharmacy
Student Stores Pharmacy and Mini Clinic, provided by Campus Health, operate out of Student Stores next to the Pit.
The Stalling Evans Center behind the Student Recreation Center (SRC) hosts some Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy appointments.
Student Wellness is located in Student Affairs Services Building (SASB) North.
The map below shows all of these locations, as well as buildings on campus that have a Healthy Heels to Go vending machine, operated by Campus Health pharmacy staff.
Transportation: P2P
Point to Point will transport a student from a campus location to Campus Health and back to their residence hall on request by calling 919-962-7867.
Please note: On Saturdays and Sundays Point-2-Point limits its transport services to students with disabilities needing to visit Campus Health.
The on-demand P2P offers transportation to and from campus locations and Campus Health or UNC Hospitals’ Emergency Room during all hours of P2P operation except between 6a-9a and 5p-7p Saturdays and Sundays and when the university is operating under adverse weather conditions.
The after-dark P2P Express operates seven days a week during Spring and Fall academic semesters, from 7:00 pm until 4:00 am.

Parking
Limited parking is available for patients and visitors during normal business hours. Designated Campus Health parking are located on the northeast edge of the lot east of the Campus Health building.
To access this lot:
- From Manning Drive, turn onto Emergency Room Drive (UNC Hospitals Emergency entrance).
- Continue past the emergency room to enter the parking lot.
A valid ParkMobile code is required to park in these spaces. The code will be included in your appointment reminder email or can be provided by the Campus Health front desk staff.
Scheduled Appointments
- Patients with a scheduled appointment (not walk-in or same-day) will automatically receive a parking code in their appointment reminder email.
- You do not need to print a parking pass.
Using ParkMobile
- We strongly encourage patients to create a ParkMobile account for a smoother parking experience. You can do this by using the QR Code/Link in your appointment reminder or by downloading the ParkMobile app on your phone and setting up your account there.
- With an account, you can save your vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate number, and state). This information is required to park anywhere on campus.
- If you continue signing in as a guest, you’ll need to re-enter this information each time you visit.
Walk-in or Same-Day Patients
- If you are a walk-in or same-day patient—or if you arrive without your parking information—please check in at the front desk to receive a code.
- If you already have a ParkMobile account with your vehicle saved, you can set up your parking pass from the lobby without returning to your car.
After Hours Parking
- Weeknights (Mon–Thu after 5:00 PM)
- Parking is limited to weeknight permit holders only.
 
- Weekends (Fri 5:00 PM – Mon 7:30 AM)
- Parking is free and open to all visitors.
 
- Home Football Game Days
- Most Campus Health parking spaces are reserved for Rams Club members. Patients and visitors must use a ParkMobile parking pass on game days for any available spaces in the Campus Health lot. Please stop by the Campus Health front desk to receive your code.
 
Pharmacy Pick-up Only Parking
Four of the parking spaces have been dedicated for pharmacy pick-up only and will be restricted to a 30-minute time limit. Two spaces are located to the left of the Campus Health loading dock entrance, near the fence of the medical school wing just past the main South entrance of Kenan Stadium, and two more spaces are in the main lot with Campus Health parking.
Handicap Parking
Campus Health does not have specially designated Campus Health handicap spaces. If you have a UNC Disability parking permit, you may park in one of the designated accessible parking spaces on the eastern side of the building.
