Counseling and Psychological Services

CAPS believes that
- All students should have equal access to
thriving in the community.
- Each person exists somewhere on a continuum
between surviving and thriving.
- Thriving depends on individual balance in conjunction with social
and ecological balance.
Some of the aspects of individual balance:

- Physical
- Emotional
- Spiritual
- Intellectual
Some aspects of social and ecological balance:
- The belief that the
more one identifies with "others" (people, animals, ecosystems), the
more they are able to thrive. See deep ecology, ecopsychology.
- Respect
- Inclusion
- Compassion
To achieve these goals, we offer a variety of services. Learn more about our services using the left hand menu at the top of this webpage.
