Martine Luntz, Psy.D.
Counseling and Psychological Services

Martine Luntz has been with UNC's Counseling and Psychological Services since January 2016. She was born in South Africa and raised in Los Angeles and Cincinnati. Dr. Luntz received her Doctor of Psychology degree from Nova Southeastern University and a BSBA from the University of Florida. She previously worked as a staff psychologist at Appalachian State University (App State) and University of Vermont (UVM) and has served as a member of the eating disorder treatment teams at App State, UVM and UNC. She also served as Mind/Body Director at University of Vermont. Her professional interests include eating disorders, mind/body and mindfulness based approaches, identity formation and life and identity transitions. Outside of work, Dr. Luntz enjoys running, yoga, cooking, hiking and cross-stitching.
