**PRIOR TO YOUR WOMEN’S HEALTH CARE VISIT, PLEASE COMPLETE THE WOMEN’S HEALTH HISTORY FORM

The Women’s Health Clinic is located on the third floor of Campus Health Services. To schedule an appointment please call the appointment line at 966-2281 or request an appointment through the web portal.

Women’s health care is provided by a board-certified OB/GYN physician and two certified Nurse Practitioners. Services include comprehensive well woman’s care and preventative services, as well as problem visits.

The student health fee covers most gynecological services. There may be additional charges for labs, procedures, treatments, and obstetrical care.
