Healthy Heels Shoppe: Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm

Please note that we can only accept new prescriptions until 5:30 pm each day. Refills and pickups welcomed during all hours.


We are located in the basement of Campus Health Services in the James A Taylor Building located between UNC Hospitals and Kenan Football Stadium. Limited parking is available.


9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday. Please note that we can only accept new prescriptions until 5:30 pm each day. Refills and pickups welcomed during all hours.

During the summer and semester breaks, closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30. We close at 5:00 pm during the summer and semester breaks.

Filling a New Prescription

 Your provider may fax, phone, or electronically prescribe prescriptions to us, or you may bring the prescription to the pharmacy. If you would like to recieve a text message when your prescription is ready for pick-up, call 919-966-6554 to sign up for our prescription-ready texting service.

Prescription Refills

There are several ways to request your prescription refill in advance and therefore decrease the time spent waiting for your prescriptions:

  • Visit via the internet.
  • Visit on your web-enabled phone
  • Call 919.966.6554
  • Make your refill request at the pharmacy for pick-up later
