  1. Create a schedule that will promote health and wellness in their own lives
  2. Understand how incorporating self-care techniques into their lives can help them succeed at Carolina and beyond!

Materials:

Chosen activity materials, pens and pencils, laptop/projector

Preparation:

Gather activity materials and go over the information on Project Uplift Jeopardy to get a background of general health and wellness.

Workshop:

This workshop is a culmination of all the other modules on the Health Programming Guide. This would be a good program to present at the end of a semester when other modules have been presented, or just as a general overview of health and wellness. The main activity available is the Project Uplift Jeopardy and will last approximately 60 mins. The other activities last 20-30 mins.
