CAPS may issue final exam excuses (during final exam week only - no exam excuses are issued during the semester) when a psychiatric disorder debilitates a student during the period of time that encompasses the final exam.
Students may be evaluated at CAPS. Evaluations can be conducted during walk-in hours (9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm Monday - Friday). If a final exam excuse is issued, the student must contact the professor to make arrangements for a make-up exam.
