I already know a lot about the IUD and have done my research, how do I make an appointment for insertion?

• CONTACT US for an IUD consult visit in the Women's Specialty Clinic.
• If you have not had a pap smear in the past year, schedule an annual exam with the visit.

How will I pay for getting the IUD at CHS?

• If you have the student Hill Chesson BCBS plan, call to verify amount covered.
• Not all insurance plans cover services at CHS. Call your plan to verify coverage at CHS.
• If you are paying cash, each IUD Company has a payment plan. See previous page for links to Mirena® and Paragard®.

How do I learn more about the IUD to help me decide if it is right for me?
