Men's Health is a service offered by CHS clinicians in the General Medicine Clinic, between 8:15am and 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Men's Health focuses on both preventive and acute care.
Services
- Men’s healthy or sick check-ups performed, also get questions answered related to any problems or concerns you may have with your health and body.
- Detailed history including family history and lifestyle assessment to identify preventive measures needed to maintain a healthy and productive life.
- Review and update immunizations
- Men’s Health Physicals which are 30 minute appointments and can be scheduled with central appointments.
- You are invited to complete the Men's Health History form, print the completed form and bring this with you to your appointment.
