Women's Health Care
Medical care in Women’s Health is provided by a Board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and two Certified Nurse Practitioners. Services include well woman’s care and prevention, as well as problem visits. The student health fee covers most gynecological services. There are additional charges for lab tests, procedures, treatments , and obstetrical care. Students’ individual health insurance may cover most of the additional charges. Payment is expected on the day of service except for those covered by the student insurance plan (Student Blue insurance). Women's Health is locate on the third floor of Campus Health Services and our direct phone number is 966.3650; please call 966.2281 to schedule an appointment. You are invited to complete the Women's Health History form, print the completed form and bring this with you to your appointment.
Acute and After-Hours Care at Acute Care/Extended Services (ACES) For a life-threatening emergency call 911 and/or come to the Campus Health Services Acute Care area (ACES).
Victims of relationship violence, sexual assault or forced intercourse are seen on an urgent care basis in Women’s Health during the day, or at ACES (Acute Care/Extended Services) after regular clinic hours. Emergency contraception is available through Women’s Health by appointment or in the Pharmacy on a walk-in basis.
