brief therapy at CAPS will be offered. You and your therapist will identify an area of concern that you would like to focus on and work on together. If you do continue to see a therapist at CAPS, you will meet with your therapist approximately once each week. Again, any issue or concern that you feel uncomfortable or distressed about and that you feel motivated to focus on can be an appropriate issue for brief individual therapy at CAPS.
